Postpartum is messy, exhausting, emotional, beautiful, and sometimes just plain survival mode. You don't need a thousand products to get through it. In fact, most of the stuff I thought I'd need ended up collecting dust somewhere in a closet.
After 2 pregnancies, 2 babies, 1 C-section, and 1 VBAC, these are the things I actually reached for over and over again — and the same things I still put in gift baskets for friends today. Not because they make postpartum easy. Just a little easier.

Soft. Seamless. No clasps digging into you at 2am while holding a sleeping baby. I tried a lot of nursing bras over 4 years of pregnancies and breastfeeding, and this is hands down my favorite.

This felt ridiculously unnecessary... until I had a newborn.
For a season of life where it somehow takes 3 hours to drink a cup of coffee, having it stay warm was surprisingly wonderful. Definitely not a necessity, but one of those little luxuries that made long days feel a bit better.

High waisted, soft, forgiving, and comfortable without feeling frumpy. The kind of leggings you wear postpartum… and then accidentally continue wearing for the next 2 years of your life.
